It’s time to leave. Moreover, block them from all your social media handles, block their contact number, and even delete that. Try to block your mutual friends. That would definitely help you a lot while healing.

Instead of going back and begging them to change, concentrate on your future. Go and learn something new, join a new hobby class, get educated.

Know your worth and get the lesson from that and do not repeat the pattern with someone else.

Depression And A Bad Day | Know The Difference

People who know me in person must know my ugliest laughs, smiles and creepy jokes. But not many people out of them know me as the person with some mental condition. It seems really difficult to express and give explanations behind your mental condition.

Around two years back, I started noticing that I’ve always been struggling. Low motivation, low moods, aggressiveness, near to the ground enthusiasm, no energy to do the things. Also identified as Depression. This matter is not as a broken hand that you just look at that and you come to know that whether a person is dealing with depression or not. Mine got unnoticed by anyone as I didn’t tell anyone.

Some of you people must be thinking that depression is just a bad day. Sorry to correct you, but actually, depression is a long period of the mental disease. When I opened my depression to a few people, most of them just brushed it as just a bad day. People relate it with my laziness and non-careless attitude.

I used to give fake smiles to hide my low moods. I was dropped out of school due to my motivational issues. Punctuality was the major issue, I guess. Moreover, the students started teasing me. I was no one to share my feelings and thoughts. Teachers seem very rude and I was afraid that they would inform the parents in no time. After struggling a lot with low moods and lack of motivation, I reached the decision of being suicidal.

Trust me, it was the most horrific moment I ever had in my life. However, one of my cousins suggested Austin Bridges Therapy go for counseling online. I had three to four counseling with the therapist. He is one of the best therapists in Austin, he advised me to get out more instead of staying all day indoors. This was the best ever advise I got which has changed my life to a great extent.

He recommended some exercise which was good for my mental, physical and psychological health. By practicing those exercises, I overcome all my struggles not alone, but with Austin Bridges Therapy.
